"I booked my limo VERY last minute...late at night before my friend's birthday the next day...and totally online. iLimo had the best rate by far so I was hesitant...but read the other reviews and decided to take a chance. The driver was 15 minutes early (he got to my friend's house before I did!) and was very professional yet friendly. He left us alone to visit, but when we reached our destination, the entrance was very crowded. When we suggested that we just hop out, he insisted we wait to get to the front door to "experience a proper arrival"...too cute! He was on time to pick us up later in the day and once again respected our privacy as we chatted all the way home through heavy L.A. traffic. I was always provided text messages with my driver's phone number and confirmed arrival time in case I needed it...but never once did I need to call or talk to anyone...everything was perfect just by reserving online the night before. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or driver...I'm thrilled that my friend had a wonderful birthday and that your company provided such terrific service. Kudos to iLimo and especially your driver...he's a keeper!"

" Everything about this service was perfect. The driver was as good as they get. He was waiting for us. He took our bags off the baggage conveyor and already had a cart in his possession. He was very professional and courteous. From my experience, there is no way to improve this service."

"My husband and I used i Limo for transportation to and from LAX. The drivers were extremely professional and on-time. "Dec. 18, 2011 was our first time use of iLimo and could not have been more satisfied. Driver was on time (very important when going to the airport!), dressed professionally, extremely courteous and even knew where a branch of my bank was en route to the airport and stopped there so that I could make a deposit before leaving the country. Upon our return to LAX, once again the driver was there on time, waiting to help us with the bags. Their cars were nice, newer, clean and stocked with cold waters (which I like a lot). I will definitely use iLimo again."
